Shipping
Orders are sent via Australia Post or Sendle. We endeavour to process and dispatch orders within 2-3 business days, but please allow additional time over busy periods e.g. Christmas and during sales. We are a small business, but rest assured we are processing and packing your orders as quickly as possible.
A confirmation email and tracking details will be sent once your package has dispatched.
Seven and Earth™ is not responsible for lost/stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. The shipping cost for packages is non-refundable.

Australian Standard Shipping
Standard shipping for all Australian orders is FREE.
Delivery lead time is 2-8 business days from the date your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping
Outside of Australia, we currently ship to America, New Zealand, Ireland and the UK.
*Due to the cancellation of many international flights and country-specific restrictions, overseas transit times may be delayed.
**International orders may incur additional sales taxes, duty or customs charges. Seven and Earth is not responsible for any additional taxes/customs charges. All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your original order cost. A refund will not be granted on your order/shipping expenses, should you choose to refuse your delivery. If unsure, we recommend contacting your local customs office for any additional shipping expenses, if applicable.
New Zealand
We offer standard shipping to New `zealand at a flat rate of $20 (AUD).
Shipping lead time is 10 - 16 business days from the date your order has been dispatched.
Ireland & UK
We offer standard international shipping to Ireland and UK at a flat rate of $20 (AUD).
Shipping lead time is 14 - 25 business days from the date your order has been dispatched.
