Faulty or damaged
Seven and Earth will refund or replace any item/s purchased in the unlikely event that they are faulty or damaged. Please inspect your item/s upon receiving your order, and if you find a fault or damage:
- email admin@sevenandearth.com.au (within 7 days of your order being being delivered) explaining the issue with a proof photo
Seven and Earth will respond to your request with further information and next steps.
Change of mind
Please note we do not accept 'change of mind' returns. Please carefully read our product descriptions and directions for use on each product before purchasing.
Seven and Earth is not liable for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. Please read our labels and ingredient lists carefully and follow the appropriate directions for use.
If you have specific allergies or sensitivities, do not use ingredients that may trigger a reaction. We recommend purchasing a trial size product in the first instance so you can test the product. An allergy patch test is recommended if there is any doubt or there is a history of skin reactions. Discontinue use immediately if a reaction occurs.
